The Government has launched "Help to Grow: Management Essentials”, a new, free to use online business management course for leaders of newer or smaller SMEs, or those who are looking to explore the principles of business growth and management before taking the next step and enrolling in the full 12-week management course.

The course is comprised of three self-guided modules containing 17 bite-sized videos and other resources designed to help business owners think about the ideas in the context of their business.

Kevin Hollinrake, Small Business Minister, is hopeful that more business people will find it easier to access the advice and resources they need to scale up and grow by taking the course.

Byron Dixon, founder of Micro Fresh, said of the new 'Essentials' course: “These Help to Grow: Management Essentials videos are jam-packed with inspiration and practical tips for small business leaders. I wish I’d had this type of resource available to me when I was scaling my business".

You can find out more and enrol through the Help to Grow website.
