Big Red Sales founder, John Reddington, was given the Special Recognition Award, which was presented to him by Retra CEO, Howard Saycell.

Editor of ERT magazine, Jack Cheeseman, said: “Massive congratulations to all of this year’s winners. And thank you to everyone that took the time to enter the ERT Awards this year.

“During these quite challenging times, it’s never been more important for retailers to emphasise the value and the service they can offer. But manufacturers and retailers also must work closely together to provide genuinely useful products, plus convenience at every step of the shopper’s journey to ensure they return to spend again in the future.

“And that is what the ERT Awards is all about – celebrating some of the most forward-thinking businesses and individuals in our sector and recognising the best consumer electronics and home appliance products out there too.

“What a fantastic day we had. Everyone looked like they let their hair down and had a lot of fun, which was amazing to see.

“A huge thank you to our partner sponsors and to the whole ERT team behind the scenes that made this year’s event another one to remember. And congratulations once again to all the winners and highly commended.”
