T21 Training has partnered with the IER Award Winning training team at Sony UK to deliver Sony’s brand new ‘Winning Formula’ sales training program, a forward-thinking initiative designed to elevate sales retail performance and provide exceptional customer experiences in stores across the UK.
The collaboration was created to deliver a two-part approach to providing Sony’s in-store retail activation teams with best-in-class training on the features and benefits of Sony’s brand new 2025 product range, and expert training on sales process and customer engagement with a view to raising sales conversions and creating memorable customer experiences.
The Sony Training Team led by Jason Clark provided the product training element whilst Paul Laville from T21 delivered training on creating powerful sales conversations in stores.

Over 100 Sony sales promoters attended the ‘Winning Formula’ training workshops held at Sony UK’s Weybridge headquarters. The sessions focused on not just improving individual sales performance but also on delivering exceptional in-store experiences to build brand awareness and lifetime loyalty.
Feedback from the sessions has been extremely positive, with the team praising the interactive elements of the workshops and the dynamic style of delivery. Many said the program helped them view the sales process not just as a transaction but as a conversation; reinforcing how important it is to really understand your customer and their needs.
