Creda, one of the UK's last remaining heritage appliance brands, is undergoing a significant
transformation under new ownership.
Recently acquired by Sersim Group, a major Turkish manufacturer, Creda is poised for growth with a fresh leadership team.
Sertac Sertler (pictured), the new Managing Director of Creda, brings over 23 years of experience from brands like Beko, Leisure, and Blomberg. In a recent interview, Sertler reassured retailers about the company's future direction.
He said: "I am happy to say and reassure that all of our retailer partners can continue trading with us and all of our prior commitments like warranty and marketing rebates will be met and our range will continue to get better and stronger as showcased at IFA. We will continue to design key models in UK that are suited exactly for UK consumers."
Looking ahead, Sertler outlined Creda's plans for product range expansion and market focus.
He added: "Creda will continue to invest in product and designs for all White goods categories, and will continue supporting the Independents sector in a more focused approach. In 2025 our award winning Rangecookers and 80 litres built in ovens will be improved with more design options, and aesthetically more modern and contemporary designs will be added in to our Traditional range."
Creda plans to expand into new product categories, including dishwashers, heat pump dryers, and large-capacity cooling appliances. The company will continue to offer extended warranties of 3 to 5 years, a unique selling point in the UK market.
