Retra associate member Beko has launched a new 10-year parts guarantee for selected appliances.

Consumers are now able to register selected Beko appliances for the offer in addition to any eligible Beko one-or two-year labour guarantees.

Beko said its 10-year parts guarantee reflects the brand’s confidence in the durability and quality of its appliances, providing customers with free Beko parts to repair registered products.

In doing so, Beko said it is taking a small step forward to make repairing the products easier and more appealing, helping to minimise appliance waste and extend the life of products by encouraging customers to repair instead of repurchasing.

To support this launch, Beko has introduced a refreshed product registration page, which can be accessed here.

The brand is also promoting the 10-year parts guarantee through its retail partners.

Retailers will have access to POS materials, digital assets, and updated training information.
