A compact fridge freezer has been approved by the Good Housekeeping Institute as a 'Best Fridge Freezer to buy in 2026' following a series of product testing.
The Iceking IK8951EW has been recognised as a best buy for small kitchen spaces, with the Good Housekeeping Institute highlighting minimal dirt traps, a temperature warning feature, smooth-running drawers and affordability.
The 142-litre model, with 87/55 litre combi capacity, is designed to fit modern, family homes without monopolising floor space in compact kitchen schemes.
The Good Housekeeping Institute noted in its testing that the fridge maintained a very cold average temperature of 1.8°C throughout assessment. The model features two adjustable glass shelves for visibility, a salad crisper drawer to keep fruit and vegetables fresher for longer, and three door racks for storage.
