Hoover has launched a new chest freezer designed to give families control over how they store fresh and frozen food.

The Hoover HONCHQ6T200ESK Total No Frost Chest Freezer offers freezer-to-fridge conversion, no-frost performance and XL capacity.

The standout feature is Flexi-Switch, which allows users to convert the appliance from a deep freezer to a full-size refrigerator at the touch of a button. With a temperature range from -28°C to +4°C, households can expand fridge space for summer entertaining or switch back to freezer mode for long-term storage.

The model includes Total No Frost technology, preventing ice build-up and eliminating the need for manual defrosting. Hoover's H-DEO odour and bacteria control system, using activated carbon and silver ions, keeps the interior fresh and hygienic.

The unit is suitable for outbuildings including garages, warehouses or basements, performing reliably even at -15°C, and offers XL 196-litre capacity. A Fast Freeze function rapidly drops the temperature to -26°C for preserving fresh produce.

The freezer is rated Energy Class E, reducing consumption by up to 20 per cent compared to older F-class models. Users can connect via the hOn App for inventory tools, shopping lists and video tutorials.

The Hoover HONCHQ6T200ESK is available now in a graphite Dark Inox finish.
